This gave your webmaster a chance to run his NdeM Alcos through some appropriate scenery on Gordon's Santa Fe - All the Way!   N'Crowd members put on a number of informative clinics throughout the year. Above, Gordon Bliss demonstrates how to install a decoder in a Kato locomotive. Below, Dejan Suskavcevic shows how he powers his hand-laid turnouts with RC servos.   Above and below, Joe Kingsberry and Vincent Walker demonstrate techniques for custom painting.   Above, Dejan shows how easy it is to assemble complicated trackwork by hand (not everyone is convinced on the "easy" part). Below, Gordon demonstrates how to use the BC&G decoder programming track.   Why are these people smiling?   Might have something to do with the N'Crowd crawfish boil at Zube Park, home of the Houston Area Live Steamers!   Above and three below, N'Crowd founding member Greg Johnson invited the group for a scenery clinic at his new home layout.     We ended 2014 with our annual holiday bash and combat gift exchange.
